My interest in art goes back to childhood, and I have worked in a number of media over the years. In college I received a minor in studio art, working in pottery, drawing, photography and watercolor. The last eight years I have concentrated on pastel. I have taken several workshops from Ann Templeton, Doug Dawson, Ned Mueller, Lorenzo Chavez, Bob Rohm, and Bill Hosner(all nationally recognized pastelists).
